A-1 Accounting & Tax Services is a tax preparation and full service accounting firm that serves clients in Southern California.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the best Accounting, Tax and Financial Planning by working one-on-one with each client. This way we can identify the particular needs of a client and enable that client to maximize their own profit potential and minimize their taxes.
Company Profile
A-1 Accounting & Tax Services has been providing service to its clients since 1989. For the past decade we have acquired a very diversified range of experiences. Among other things, we have worked with trusts, estates, payroll taxes, individual income tax, corporate (S-Corps and C-Corps) taxation, partnership and limited liability companies. We also have extensive experience in preparing financial statements and working with non-profit organizations.
In addition, we have experience in representing clients under audit by governmental agencies - most notably the Internal Revenue Service, Employment Divisions of the State of California and Board of Equalization.
In establishing and further developing our tax practice, our intent is to combine our past experience with our advanced tax degree. Together, these building blocks have given us the ability to meet the accounting and tax needs of today's individuals and small-business entrepreneurs.
